I know Hot Topic is selling the US standard edition which is just the Tokio Hotel TV stuff right?

But if I was to order to Deluxe Edition through to Canadian Amazon, what’s on the Deluxe? I know there’s the Road To The New Album, but what else? Which one should I buy?

Are the two DVDs from the Tokio Hotel: Caught on Camera Deluxe edition coded for a specific region, or are they not coded at all?

Also – do they all come in English or with English subtitles?
